Eptec is pleased to announce that we have acquired Corrosion Control Engineering Pty Ltd (CCE), Australia’s largest cathodic protection specialist, in a transaction that further enhances the regional reach, services offerings and career opportunities for both businesses across the Australian and New Zealand corrosion protection Markets.
Eptec and CCE have worked successfully together over many years with common safety, values, people and business drivers and our key teams already know and trust each other. It was this past history and strong personal relationships that paved the way for a successful transaction.
The combined businesses will offer clients complete end to end cathodic protection solutions whilst offering staff greater career path development opportunities.
CCE will become a stand-alone division within the Eptec Group. CCE CEO, John Kalis will step down from his position as CEO of CCE. However, John will remain involved in the business as an Executive Director of the Eptec Group. Jason Paterson will be taking on the role of CCE CEO from 1 July 2022.
