Eptec Group announcement – AMCG acquisition
We are pleased to announce that Eptec has acquired AMCG (Australian Marine Contractors Group) Group in a transaction that further enhances our presence in the Western Australian Defence and Infrastructure Markets.
The AMCG team and its existing clients will sit within Eptec’s Defence Business in WA reporting to Luca Talmesio, Eptec’s State Manager WA & NT.
Australian Marine Contractors Group have a diverse team with a wealth of experience. They are specialists in the provision of mechanical & building maintenance services, structural remediation, protective coatings and linings including corrosion protection, structural strengthening, grouting and resin injection.
AMCG supply a variety of services for the Defence, Construction, Shipping and Utilities industries:
· Surface preparation
· Epoxy and polyurethane flooring
· Ships repairs and maintenance
· Concrete repairs and maintenance
· Protective coatings and linings
· Corrosion protection
· Structural remediation
