Double Bay Apartment Rooftop

Project Details

Eptec Services was commissioned by O’Neill Strata Management to undertake the preparation and rehabilitation works for one of the apartments in Gladswood Gardens.

The roof top is a concrete deck structure with a torch on membrane application. During the initial site inspection, areas of the rooftop were noted to have been affected by moisture damage. It was visually assessed that the membrane had failed, and the water runoff drainage system had a peculiar membrane turn down and termination detail.

The scope of work for this project included mobilisation for all tools, plant, equipment and materials onsite. Eptec Services was also responsible for the supply and install of a fully bonded Ardex torch applied sheet waterproofing membrane system to the roof top area.

Eptec Services completed works safely, on time and on budget to a satisfied Client.
