Project Details
The Customs Marine centre is located at Lower Ben Boyd street, Neutral bay, Sydney. The site is irregular in shape and situated on the waterfront. A vertical cliff
approximately 8m high separates the site into two levels. The building is heritage listed.
Eptec carried out the works in a highly sensitive area in front of the harbour with strict safety, environment controls, community controls liaising with all relevant authorities in obtaining the permits to work.
Eptec successfully completed the works within the prescribed time frame with minimal/no disruptions to their daily Customs authorities operations.
